It was perfect weather for our quarterly Emberson Walk & Talk on Thursday! This time we decided on South Cerney, on the scenic trails behind the Cotswold Water Park on the Wiltshire-Gloucestershire border.

We gather four times a year in beautiful outdoor spaces for a stroll and a chat to come together and re-establish in-person connections with our digitally dispersed team. At Emberson we find it important to look after one other, and activities like this that support mental & physical well-being align with our ethos of doing well & doing good.

It also gives us all a chance to get some steps in on our FitBits & Apple Watches courtesy of our Vitality Memberships!

We had a couple of special guests on the walk, as Claire and Alex brought Teddy the Terrier and Ozzy the English Pointer to join us – who ended up with some very muddy paws.

We finished up basking in the glorious sunshine with some coffee & cake at the lovely café at the Water Park. We’re all certainly looking forward to the next one, with hopefully skies just as blue!
